Bunkka

Paul Oakenfold is just a sick, sick DJ.  I was watching Michael Mann's Collateral last night with Jessica and the soundtrack to that movie is great.  During the Korean club scene, there was dope track that caught my ear.  I look it up and it is "Ready Steady Go" by Paul Oakenfold.  I don't know why I am surprised, his stuff is great.

So I downloaded the album it is from, Bunkka which was released in 2002.  All of a sudden all the electronic music from college comes flooding back to me.  I never realized that so many of those popular songs from that year (Hynotised, Starry Eyed Surprise, Get Em Up, etc) were from this one album.  Here is the playlist:
  1. "Ready Steady Go" (vocals: Asher D) – 4:13
  2. "Southern Sun" (vocals: Carla Werner) – 6:57
  3. "Time of Your Life" (vocals: Perry Farrell) – 4:17
  4. "Hypnotised" (Vocals: Tiff Lacey) – 6:34
  5. "Zoo York" - 5:25
  6. "Nixon's Spirit" (vocals: Hunter S. Thompson) – 2:48
  7. "Hold Your Hand" (vocals: Emilíana Torrini)– 3:39
